Meet Jessy
Jessy is a handsome young dog with a heart as beautiful as his soft blonde coat. At approximately one year old and around 40 pounds, he is the perfect medium-sized companion for an active family looking for a loyal best friend.
Jessy's journey hasn't been an easy one. He was found wandering near the airport in Midland, dragging a leash behind him, with no family in sight. A caring Good Samaritan took him in and searched for his owners, but Jessy wasn't microchipped and no one ever came looking for him. With local rescues full and no place else to go, he entered a shelter where he spent a month waiting for someone to choose him.
As his time at the shelter grew limited, the kind person who had rescued him couldn't bear to see his story end there. Knowing what a special dog Jessy is, they reached out to CMC2 to help him find the loving family he deserves.
Despite everything he's been through, Jessy remains incredibly sweet, gentle, and trusting. He loves people and forms strong bonds with those around him. More than anything, he wants to be near his family, whether that's joining you on an outdoor adventure or relaxing beside you at home.
Jessy gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and enjoys having canine companions. His feelings toward cats are currently unknown.
